Also, with our wide experience in the interpretation of the various Investment laws in Nigeria, we advise our Clients on the requirements for new investment in Nigeria and guide our foreign clients through the various Investment laws in Nigeria, including the Foreign Exchange (Monitoring and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission Act and the various Tax Legislations.
Our services include advising on the legal and regulatory framework governing investing and operating in this sector. We advise on Financing Agreements, Joint Venture Contracts, and Memoranda of Understanding. In advising our Clients, we carefully consider the tax implications of the proposed transactions. We work closely with our clients’ other professional advisers to ensure that the clients’ objectives are achieved in a tax-efficient manner.
